May 2015 review
Dear readers,
the numbers for last month. I moved from Berlin to Nuremberg. So i had some additional expenses called "everything else". For June and July i plan to buy some new furniture for my (rented) new flat in Nuremberg. I didn't buy any ETFs last month.

April 2015 review
Dear readers,
the numbers for last month. I had to stay for the last 3 weeks at home, because my current boss couldn't find a 3 week project for me while i was waiting to begin my last project for that company on monday. I used that time to renovate my flat, which i will leave in june, because i got the new job in bavaria. Staying at home for 3 weeks lead to a very good savings rate and many hours of nordic walking in Berlin.

New job
Dear readers,
i signed my new employment contract, and will start my new job on July, 01. I will earn 2299,92 € per month after taxes, which is a 41% raise, if i divide my last years income from paychecks by 12. I will have to work 39 hours/week instead of 40 hours/week. I will get 30 days paid leave / year compared to 24 days / year at the moment. I will be a government employee, which means a very secure job with raising salary every other year (~2% if i look at last two decades).
I don't plan any investments at the moment, because i have to pay for the moving from Berlin to Nuremberg. I already signed a rental agreement for a nice 750 square feet flat on top (5th) floor which means some additional sports. I will spend some money on new furniture in june and july.

i got a job offering, where i get paid more and have less to travel. Probably i will the take the offering. The only drawback is that i have to leave Berlin and move to Bavaria, where i probably have to pay more for my rent.

Review of 2014
Dear readers,
a lot happend last year. I finished two certifications that help to raise my monthly salary to ~3300€ before taxes and stuff like health insurance etc. I read many blogs about financal freedom, dividend growth investment, healthy living and soccer. My savings rate for 2014 is at 52,33%, which is great for a guy like me, who was used to spend all the money that got in his pockets. I hope this part of me is gone forever.
Here are the numbers of the last year. The best part are the 497,26€ that fell from the dividend sky.

in the last 2 years i studied alot in my freetime. Last month i managed to get another Microsoft certification "MCSD: Windows store apps using C#". I had a talk with my employer and i will get a raise in my monthly paycheck from december on.
